Sins of Ireland

International award-winning feature documentary that brings viewers into the Confessional Box, which originated in Ireland. This is a portrait of an overlooked aspect of Ireland's past and how it impacted many parts of the World. Fifteen Irish Catholic priests outline the important role the sacrament of confession was supposed to be. They also lament the failure of their own Church to confess its avalanche of sins and  subsequent cover-ups.
